America's 9/11 Living Classroom

America’s 9/11 Living Classroom is our traveling exhibit that teaches the story of the worst terrorist attack on American soil that unfolded on Tuesday September 11th, 2001, beginning at 8:46am.

“Preserving the Past – Educating the Future”

Our mission with the “Classroom” is to preserve our history and educate the over 73 million American’s that are too young to remember the events of our darkest day 23 years ago. Included in the exhibit is the 9/11 timeline and over 80 crash site artifacts and personnel belongings of those lost on 9/11, who responded and of those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the global war on terrorism.

The “Classroom” tells the stories of the very best of humanity that we witnessed in the aftermath of the attacks. It’s those stories that provided comfort as the healing process began and provided the strength to carry on.
